What this page is
This page is a plain statement of how we work. It is not the contract for any shipment and creates no terms of its own: what applies to a shipment is what is agreed for that shipment.
Who you are dealing with
Best Shipping (Wuhan) Co., Ltd — 灿航国际物流（武汉）有限公司 — is a freight forwarder based in Wuhan, China. We arrange air and ocean transport from China to Mexico, Colombia, Chile and across the Americas, the road legs at either end — factory to port in China, port to door at destination — the documents that go with it, and, through licensed partner customs brokers, clearance at destination. We book cargo from all major China ports and quote in English, Spanish and Chinese.
Quotes
Every quote is for one shipment and is built from what you tell us: origin, destination, what the cargo is, piece count, weight, dimensions and the date it is ready.
We do not publish rates. Rates on these lanes move faster than a page can be updated, and a price that does not ask what the goods are has guessed at the duty.
What a quote includes
A quote covers the services it names, on the terms it states. Before you compare it with another offer, check on the quote itself whether these are inside it or outside it:
- import duties and taxes at destination;
- cargo insurance;
- charges at the destination port or airport;
- storage, demurrage or detention.
A quote that does not say is a question to ask, not an assumption to make.
Customs and DDP
We arrange Mexican and Colombian clearance through licensed partner customs brokers. Best Shipping is not the customs broker or importer of record. A DDP arrangement is assessed with a named eligible importer and a licensed partner broker; scope, applicable taxes, feasibility and exclusions are confirmed per shipment before it is quoted. Permits, sector registries and product certifications still apply under DDP.
Your documents and your cargo
A shipment moves on its documents. The commercial invoice, the packing list and any permit or certificate the goods need come from you, and the cargo delivered should match what they describe — a mismatch is the first thing customs asks about. The enquiry form asks whether the goods contain batteries, are liquid or powder, are dangerous goods or oversized; tick what applies, because each of those needs a manual check before we confirm we can carry it.
Cargo insurance
Cargo insurance is arranged on your behalf with an insurer; we do not underwrite it ourselves.
The cargo we handle
We move commercial cargo. A commercial forwarder is usually the wrong tool for a personal parcel, a document or a single consumer order; a courier will serve those better. If you are not sure which side of that line your shipment is on, ask — the answer is quick.
